Session 1: How to Manage Anxiety
16th April 2019, 10.30am-1.00pm
Anxiety can be an overwhelming obstacle to living life. This session will offer a chance to discuss and explore anxiety, in a non-judgemental and warm environment. We’ll look at how we can understand anxiety in a way that allows you to feel on top of it. Instead of it being on top of you.
Session 2: Managing Expectations
Tuesday 14th May 2019, 10.30am-1.00pm
From birth we are surrounded by expectations, both from others and from ourselves. This session will offer an opportunity to assess what has been expected of you so far, what you expect from yourself, and what you hope for from life going forward.
Session 3: Is your mind beach ready?
Wednesday 12th June 2019, 10.30am-1.00pm
ow many messages say we should be “beach body ready” but what exactly does that mean for our mind? This session will look at body image and the pressure to be critical towards ourselves in the search for a “socially acceptable body”. We will explore how a powerful mindset is the best thing you can get ready for the beach this year!
